We stand behind every piece we craft. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Fragrances that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right — free of charge.
